What The Position is About:

• Lead the sales function and business operations for the company
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 15 employees
• Drive sales growth in the custom home and small multifamily markets
• Improve sales discipline, backlog forecasting, and Sales & Operations Planning processes
• Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and drive financial performance
• Develop and execute production schedules, manage inventory, and optimize manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency
• Manage the P&L, monitor KPIs, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to enhance operational performance
• Streamline and improve company processes, while maintaining continuous growth
• Develop and implement strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and scalability
• Create a high-performance culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability
• Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and industry partners
• Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• 7-10+ years of experience in manufacturing management
• Leadership experience within the truss or building materials industry
• Experience driving sales growth and improving sales processes, backlog forecasting, and Sales & Operations Planning
• P&L management experience
