What The Position is About:

• Lead all business operations for the company including retail, builder sales, and service
• Streamline and improve company processes, while maintaining continuous growth
• Develop and implement strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and scalability
• Create a high-performance culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability
• Manage the P&L, monitor KPIs, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to enhance operational performance
• Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and industry partners
• Own total revenue, margin, and profitability
• Manage third-party relationships and negotiate pricing/programs
• Maintain and improve internal systems and oversee technology integrations

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Proven leadership experience within the building materials industry
• Proven P&L ownership and multi-site leadership experience
• Strong retail showroom experience
• The ability to drive change, implement new processes, and make data-driven decisions
• Experience with cross-selling initiatives
