A bit about your role
As the General Manager AI Process Redesign, you are accountable for shaping and embedding AI‑ready, enterprise-wide processes that support nbn’s simplification and digitisation ambitions. You will work in shared accountability to deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency, time savings and cost reduction, ensuring workforce and effort impacts are clearly quantified and embedded through role and workflow redesign. A cohesive enterprise AI-ready process target state is defined and maintained, aligned to simplification, digitisation, autonomy and value realisation.
The role also uplifts the enterprise approach to process excellence through a consistent redesign playbook, supported by robust governance and quality standards, while building and coordinating the capability required to deliver sustained, scalable outcomes across nbn.

You have a proven ability to design and embed end-to-end process redesign, driving simplification, standardisation and improved efficiency enterprise wide, while removing duplication and enabling scalability.
With a strong, hands-on understanding of process improvement methodologies, you are comfortable translating strategy into practical, sustainable execution. You have a grounded understanding of AI, automation and data concepts, allowing you to design AI-ready processes, embed appropriate controls and partner effectively with technical teams.
You are known for your collaborative and inclusive leadership style, and ability to bring together diverse perspectives.
