Luna Grill, a fast casual/QSR concept, continues to expand—and we’re hiring Full Time Restaurant Managers to support our restaurants in the OC market. This is a great opportunity to join a proven brand with strong culture, stability, and real growth potential.

• Target annual rate: $71k - $85K includes guaranteed Overtime (50-hour workweek) (compensation varies by region and market)

What We’re Looking For:
• Managers with 5+ years of restaurant management experience
• Comfortable leading both FOH & BOH teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
• Guest-obsessed with strong problem-solving skills
• Tech savvy: POS systems, scheduling tools, Microsoft Office; P&L experience a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• High school diploma required; A.A. degree preferred
