Job Description
About BRAVAS
At BRAVAS, we transform homes into extraordinary living experiences. As the nation's #1 luxury technology integrator, we design and deliver premium solutions – lighting, shades, A/V, networking, home automation, and more – that make life effortless, beautiful, and connected.
We partner with homeowners, architects, builders, and designers on some of the most spectacular homes in the country. And we're growing.
The Role
We're looking for a General Manager to lead the full P&L and day-to-day performance of one of our BRAVAS locations. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution, setting the vision for the location while staying close enough to the business to know what's happening on every job site, in every client account, and on every team.
You'll own the business results for your market while building a culture that reflects the BRAVAS standard of excellence. You'll partner closely with Regional and national leadership to make sure your location's growth supports the company's broader trajectory, and, as BRAVAS continues to grow through new locations and acquisitions, you may also play a role in integrating new teams into the BRAVAS way of doing business.
What You'll Do
- Own the P&L: Full accountability for revenue, margin, budgets, and KPIs across service, project delivery, and operations at your location, plus shared accountability for your location's overall sales results.
- Partner with sales: Work closely with your local sales reps and Regional Sales Director to align pipeline, forecasts, and go-to-market strategy with your location's operational capacity.
- Lead people, not just projects: Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team; set the tone for culture, accountability, and collaboration.
- Run the business day to day: Oversee production meetings, remove roadblocks, and ensure projects and service calls are delivered to the BRAVAS standard.
- Connect the dots across departments: Partner with Sales, Project Management, Service & Support, and Warehouse so the business runs as one team, not silos.
- Represent BRAVAS locally: Build relationships with key clients, builders, and designers in your market, and step in personally on high-value accounts when needed.
- Report up, plan ahead: Keep national leadership aligned on performance, risks, and opportunities; contribute to annual planning and forecasting, partnering with your Regional Sales Director on the sales forecast.
- Grow the market: Identify new service lines, efficiency gains, and client-experience improvements that expand your location's footprint.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of leadership experience in a project- or field-driven industry (technology integration, construction, home services, or similar).
- A track record of owning P&L and hitting budget, margin, and growth targets.
- Experience building and retaining high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Comfort operating in a matrixed organization – you know how to drive shared results through partnership and influence, not just direct authority, especially with sales.
- Comfort operating in a fast-growing, multi-location business – prior exposure to acquisitions or new-location integration is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills – you can read a P&L and turn it into an action plan.
- Excellent communication skills across clients, field teams, and executive leadership.
- Proficiency with business systems (NetSuite experience strongly preferred).
- Ability to travel as needed within your region.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
Why You'll Love Working Here
- Real ownership: Run your location like it's your business, with the backing of a national brand.
- Direct impact: Your leadership shapes revenue, culture, and client experience in your market.
- A company on the move: Join BRAVAS during a period of national growth and be part of shaping what comes next.
- Competitive rewards: Salary + bonus, medical/dental/vision, HSA & FSA, 401(k), PTO, and paid holidays.
