The Opportunity

As General Manager of our hotel, you'll own the operational heartbeat of our property. From maximizing efficiency and optimizing our team to ensuring every system runs seamlessly, you'll make a tangible impact every single day. This isn't about managing; it's about leading with clarity, building a culture of accountability, and creating an operation guests and team members want to recommend.

You'll focus on:

• Building and refining operational systems that set the standard
• Leading and developing a team that's engaged, capable, and proud of their work
• Driving consistency across housekeeping, front desk, maintenance, and guest services
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs without compromising quality
• Ensuring our property meets and exceeds Best Western standards and local regulations
• Building guest loyalty through operational excellence and attention to detail

Who We're Looking For

You have a proven track record as a General Manager or assistant GM at a full-service or extended-stay hotel property. You're detail-oriented, data-driven, and energized by the challenge of optimizing operations. You excel at:

• Strategic thinking paired with hands-on operational management
• Building high-performing teams and developing talent
• Problem-solving and driving continuous improvement
• Communication—both internally with your team and externally with guests and vendors
• Leading with integrity and accountability
• Thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

A hospitality background is essential; specific experience in extended-stay or all-suite properties is a plus.
