Job Description

A Condominium Association Manager is onsite and responsible for supervising the administrative support staff of the Community Association assigned. The Condominium Association Manager will oversee and support the various departments within the Community Association, is the liaison among the homeowners, vendors, board members, committee members, Associa Client Shared Service Center (CSSC), and within the branch office.

Daily responsibilities:

  • Walk and inspect property to ensure property is well maintained.
  • Meet and greet homeowners, vendors, and contractors.
  • Research and respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in-person.
  • Conduct Code Enforcement, ensuring HOA Rules & Regulations and Community Bylaws are adhered.
  • Assemble board packets, interpret financials, facilitate board meetings.
  • Create and manage the budget, review Balance Sheet, Income Statements, Operating Expenses, Reserve Study, etc.
  • Submit RFPs, review contacts, makes recommendations to the board, mange vendor relationships.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple maintenance projects, capital projects, and property enhancements and upgrades.
  • Assist homeowners with architectural review forms; follow-up with the board's decision.
  • Oversee and develop support staff.
  • Anticipates the needs of the community and works one step ahead.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Pay rate is $90-$100K

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree Required; Bachelors Degree Preferred.
  • CMCA, AMS, or PCAM designations highly desired.
  • 5+ years of association management experience.
  • 2+ years of managing and developing direct reports.
  • Customer service driven and team player.
  • Effectively manages people and time accordingly.
  • Highly organized with attention to details.
  • Excellent Project Management skills with the abilities to prioritize and execute tasks.
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and follow-through skills.
  • Proactive, takes initiative, reliable and dependable.
