About Us:
At Chelsea Hospitality Group we imagine and launch bold, community-centered hospitality concepts that bring people together in powerful, purposeful ways. From restaurants to cultural hubs to organizational and community experiences; everything we create is designed to spark connections, inspire belonging, and reimagine what hospitality can do for people, places, and communities.
A strong opportunity for a hospitality leader who leads with presence and serves with purpose.
Chelsea Hospitality Group is seeking a General Manager for The Maple. This private boutique inn offers refined accommodations within a quiet, well-appointed setting. Culinary-forward and thoughtfully designed, the inn blends the warmth of a private residence with the comfort of a well-run hotel. As General Manager, you will guide its operations and team culture — combining sound leadership with a genuine instinct for hospitality.
This is a role for someone who balances operational discipline with a deep commitment to service — someone who understands that great hospitality lives in the details guests never need to ask for.
This leadership position suits a hospitality professional who is equally comfortable with strategy and floor presence. You will oversee the full guest experience — from team development to culinary execution — while ensuring every guest feels at ease and well cared for.
