Do you have the passion to drive B2B sales, grow gross profit, and lead a team to success—while managing operations with financial discipline? Kennicott is seeking a hands-on, results-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Warren, MI location.
As Branch Manager, you’ll own the full scope of branch performance: sales growth, P&L accountability, customer experience, team development, and operational excellence. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants real ownership over business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
B2B Sales & Customer Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and new customers
- Collaborate with sales reps to grow wallet share and expand market presence
- Negotiate pricing and service agreements that drive long-term value
Gross Profit & Margin Growth
- Lead efforts to grow gross profit dollars through margin discipline and product mix
- Ensure pricing integrity and alignment with company profitability targets
- Promote upselling and strategic product bundling to increase average order value
P&L & Expense Management
- Own the branch P&L and be accountable for hitting financial targets
- Monitor and control operating expenses to maximize bottom-line performance
- Implement cost-saving practices without sacrificing service or quality
Leadership & Team Development
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of sales and operations staff
- Build an accountable, customer-focused culture
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities
Operational Execution
- Oversee daily branch operations: inventory, delivery, and customer service
- Ensure systems and team workflows are efficient and consistent
- Uphold Kennicott standards across all areas of branch operations

Qualifications
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in branch, operations, or B2B sales management
- Demonstrated success growing gross profit in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Proven ability to manage P&L statements and control expenses
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing pricing strategies
- Hands-on leadership style with a track record of building and mentoring teams
- Floral industry or perishable product experience is a plus
