HVAC, Plumbing, Home Services, or related service-industry leadership experience is strongly preferred.
Nexstar experience is highly valued.
• 3+ years of General Manager, Operations Manager, or equivalent leadership experience
• Demonstrated history of exceeding goals and KPIs
• Strong financial and operational acumen
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities simultaneously
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and retain top talent
