General Manager - West End Centre
Do you have the leadership skills to inspire teams and deliver outstanding visitor experiences at Aldershot’s vibrant arts and culture hub?
You’ll lead the delivery of exceptional visitor experiences and operational excellence, motivating high performing teams to achieve ambitious KPI’s. Working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments, including central teams, to drive commercial performance including box office revenue, bar spend, venue hire and community programme workshops and courses as well as ensuring high visitor experience and strong operational standards.
A bit about you
You’ll have experience managing a public-facing venue or service, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality visitor or customer experiences alongside safe and compliant operations. Commercially aware, you’ll be confident managing budgets and supporting performance across multiple income streams. You’re an effective leader who can motivate teams, set clear expectations and deliver results, with the ability to plan and manage operations and work collaboratively across teams. A strong communicator with good stakeholder skills, you’ll use data and insight to inform decisions and drive improvement. Experience in a cultural, arts, hospitality or visitor attraction setting is desirable
