The company is seeking someone with strong experience in:

  • RF / laser technologies,

  • aesthetic capital equipment,

  • or closely related medical aesthetics sectors.

The ideal candidate already has:

  • strong relationships within the German aesthetics market,

  • experience working with dermatologists and aesthetic clinics,

  • a commercial mindset combined with relationship-building skills,

  • and the ability to operate independently in a highly hands-on role.

This is not a purely operational or corporate management position. The client is specifically looking for a builder, a self-starter, and someone excited about creating long-term market success.

Requirements

  • Native-level German

  • Professional / proficient English

  • Willingness to travel extensively across Germany

  • Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset

Additional Information

  • Extensive travel across Germany expected

  • No requirement to be based in a specific German city

  • Candidates from outside Germany may also be considered if they can effectively operate in the market

  • Initial onboarding and product training will take place in the UK
