Full‑ time role | Rewarding salary package up to £45,000 with annual bonus
As a General Managerat our Welcome Break Days Inn Bradford and Ramada Leedshotel, you’ll take full ownership of both hotel operations, driving guest satisfaction, leading your teams, and making sure every room, corridor and touchpoint feels clean, comfortable and looked after. Across 139 beds and a team of 42 people, you’ll create a consistent guest experience and make sure both hotels run brilliantly, every single day.
You’ll lead the day-to-day running of both hotels, covering reception, housekeeping, F&B and maintenance From check-in and room readiness to repairs, suppliers and stock, you’ll keep both properties running smoothly, even at busy times.
As a General Manager, you’re responsible for guest scores, safety and compliance across both hotels, making sure each one is audit-ready, teams are trained, and standards stay high. You’ll handle issues quickly and lead every shift with clear communication and confidence.
Balancing great hospitality with strong results means keeping costs controlled, rotas smart and standards high across both hotels, while building a culture people feel proud to be part of.
Coaching supervisors and team leaders, building capability across shifts, and using clear routines will help deliver consistent standards in both hotels. Working with wider site teams and support functions will also drive occupancy, control spend and keep guests coming back.
This role could be a great fit if you:
Have experience managing a hotel or leading multiple hospitality teams across more than one operation
Know how to deliver brilliant standards across reception, housekeeping and maintenance
Lead from the front, handle issues calmly, and keep the guest experience on track
Are confident managing budgets, rotas, compliance and performance (occupancy, costs and guest scores)
Enjoy building strong teams and taking full ownership of results
