Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our store team. The ideal candidate will drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and cultivate a motivated workforce. We are committed to promoting from within, with over 75% of Regional Managers starting their careers as General Managers. - Manage inventory, budgets, and financial reporting to maximize sales performance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive store environment for both customers and employees.
- Implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
