General Manager

Wendy’s (DBA Saren Restauarants Inc.) | Full-Time | 50 hrs/week

Saren Restaurants is an award-winning, family-owned Wendy’s franchise organization looking for a proven General Manager who thinks like an operator.

Compensation & Benefits

We pay for results—and we’re transparent about it.

  • Competitive base salary: $62,000 – $70,000
  • Monthly performance bonus up to $1,000 (based on controllable results)
  • Total annual compensation potential: $74,000 – $82,000+

The Role: Full Ownership of the Business

As General Manager, everything inside the four walls is yours to lead—people, performance, culture, and results.

You will:

  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership and crew team
  • Set expectations, hold accountability, and elevate talent
  • Execute Wendy’s operating systems with discipline and consistency
  • Drive sales through operational excellence and team engagement
  • Own controllable costs and profitability
  • Analyze and manage the restaurant’s P&L
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, labor, and legal standards
  • Create a culture where guests return and employees grow

This is not a role where success is handed to you—you create it.

What “Strong Fit” Looks Like

This is not an entry-level position.

Required:

  • 3+ years as a General Manager (or equivalent) in QSR or fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Demonstrated success managing people, sales, and profitability
  • Strong understanding of labor, food cost, and operational controls
  • Experience reading and managing a P&L
  • ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain quickly)
  • Open availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Holding others accountable
  • Leading through standards—not emotion
  • Working in a performance-driven environment
