GENERAL MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION
The General Manager is responsible for all functions of the restaurant. These functions include
directing daily operations, training, restaurant cleanliness, guest relations, directing of staff, completion of food and beverage orders as needed, serving of quality food and beverage, and maintaining company standards and culture.

Fuzzy’s Taco Shop’s corporate-owned and franchise locations are now serving fresh, handmade Baja-style Mexican food in 126 stores across 17 states, with many more to open soon. All of our restaurants offer indoor and patio seating, and our food specialties include fish tacos, burritos, nachos, queso, and ice-cold beer.
