The General Manager is responsible for driving strategic sales and leveraging parts expertise to lead customers to the best heavy-duty solutions. The General Manager is also responsible for driving and coordinating all wholesale and retail activities, leading a team of up to 30 and managing the overall performance including profit and loss, equipment, personnel administration, safety, facilities, and work schedules. It is the General Manager's objective to meet or exceed the annual budget and inventory goals while fulfilling the customers' expectations for product availability and service.Core Functions
