• Lead, train, and inspire staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies for membership growth.
• Oversee member satisfaction and respond to feedback.
Requirements:• Proven leadership experience, preferably in the fitness or customer service industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Passion for fitness and commitment to member success.
• Ability to motivate and develop a team.
