Experienced in air compressors and ready to lead and scale a growing operation ?
As General Manager of Ontario, you will lead and scale our Ontario operations with a strong focus on operational excellence, team leadership, and disciplined execution.
You will assume full responsibility for the Ontario division, overseeing sales, leading the sales team, and providing overall leadership across business and service operations. Your mandate will be to expand ReapAir’s presence in Ontario by scaling the current team and building a strong operational foundation to support significant future growth, in alignment with revenue objectives and supplier expectations.
In this role, you will lead sales, service, and administrative functions while establishing the operational infrastructure necessary to support continued business expansion.
Responsibilities
• Provide strong operational leadership across sales, service, and administrative functions.
• Establish clear structure, accountability, and performance standards within the Ontario division.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and high service quality.
• Align sales initiatives with operational capacity and execution capabilities.
• Develop and implement scalable processes to support long-term growth.
• Partner with HR on workforce planning, recruitment, and organizational development as the team expands.
• Foster a performance-driven culture focused on accountability, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.
• Ensure financial discipline through budget oversight, KPI tracking, and operational performance management.
Qualifications
• Significant operational leadership experience in an industrial, technical, or service environment.
• Experience in the compressed air industry is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop multi-functional teams (sales, service, and operations).
• Strong background in operational planning, performance management, and process improvement.
• Demonstrated experience scaling teams and structuring growing business units.
• Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.
