Responsibilities: This person will manage the Mid-Ozark facility in Lebanon, MO to achieve maximum operating efficiency and savings for MFA. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain a positive attitude with patrons and other employees
- Responsible for timely application of work orders.
- Communicate with customers regarding status of work orders
- Responsible for ensuring all DOT drivers are trained and records are up to date
- Communicate daily with plant employees regarding goals for the day and provide feedback on their performance
- Ensure all necessary safety training and recordkeeping is being conducted
- Maintain adequate supply, quality control, and minimum shrinkage.
- Oversee inventory and ensure inventory records are accurate

Qualifications
- Experience in agriculture/fertilizer industry
- Mechanical ability (helpful)
- Forklift experience (helpful)
