The Role
As the General Manager for AutoCamp Joshua Tree, you will oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, guest satisfaction, and team development. You’ll ensure that the property runs seamlessly, maintains brand standards, and continues to deliver the exceptional experiences our guests expect from AutoCamp. Reporting to our regional leadership, you’ll have the unique opportunity to strengthen our presence in Joshua Tree and play a vital role in shaping our growing organization.

Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
This role is partially sedentary, with responsibilities requiring sitting or standing at a desk for extended periods, with the expectation of rolling up your sleeves with a hands-on approach.
The General Manager must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and remain on their feet for up to 5+ hours at a time.
The role also involves occasional use of ladders and power tools, which are necessary for tasks such as property inspections or minor maintenance needs.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, exempt position typically requiring 50+ hours per week Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as weekend, evening, and holiday shifts may be needed to align with operational demands and guest needs. Exact hours may vary and will be coordinated with the onsite team to ensure continuous, high-quality service across both Joshua Tree properties.
