Welcome to Sand Bar
Sand Bar is a laid-back beachside café set directly on the sand, offering open-air seating and oceanfront views just steps from the shoreline. Guests order at the counter, grab something fresh, and settle in under a shaded umbrella or in the sun with their feet in the sand. The vibe is upbeat, approachable, and built around fresh food, refreshing drinks, and an easygoing all-day beach hangout atmosphere.
Who You Are
You are the kind of leader who does not stand on the sidelines. You build strong teams, stay calm under pressure, and lead by example every shift. You are just as comfortable jumping on the line, working the register, and greeting guests as you are coaching your team, driving accountability, and keeping operations on track. You know how to create a fun, high-energy environment without sacrificing standards, consistency, or hospitality.
What You’ll Do
Run the day-to-day operation of a lively beachfront fast casual concept with confidence and energy
Be a true working leader by jumping on the line, supporting the register, engaging guests, and setting the pace for the team
Build a strong, upbeat culture where the team feels supported, motivated, and ready for every shift
Recruit, train, and develop a dependable team that can deliver great food and great hospitality every day
Protect the standards that matter most, including food quality, cleanliness, safety, and guest experience
Lead smooth openings, fast-paced service, and efficient closes with strong attention to detail
Own scheduling and labor management so the business stays productive, efficient, and prepared
Keep the space clean, organized, and operating at a high level from open to close
Lead with accountability, hustle, and presence by working side by side with the team
Help shape Sand Bar into a go-to beachfront destination guests love and employees are proud to be part of
