This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, dispatch, maintenance, customer relationships, and financial performance within our Central Florida region. You will lead plant managers and operational teams while driving safety, service, efficiency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multi-site ready-mix operations, ensuring alignment and efficiency
• Oversee dispatch, logistics, and on-time delivery performance
• Drive maintenance strategy and asset reliability
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve complex issues
• Use data and technology to monitor KPIs and improve performance
• Develop and mentor leadership teams
• Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Own regional P&L and identify growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For:
• Ready-mix or construction/project management experience
• Strong operational and leadership background (7+ years preferred)
• Knowledge of plant systems and maintenance
• Customer-focused, data-driven, and tech-savvy mindset
