Job Description


The General Manager will
oversee all aspects of condominium operations, including:


  • Leading a
    team of 3 plus maintenance, security, housekeeping and valet.

  • Managing
    day-to-day operations, finances, maintenance, and vendor relations.

  • Ensuring
    compliance with governing documents, laws, and regulations.

  • Guiding and
    supporting the Board of Directors in achieving their goals for the
    community.

  • Balancing
    differing viewpoints among board members with diplomacy, patience, and
    professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the
    property’s 50-Year

    Re-certification

    process, including major projects such
    as the garage, pool deck, interior hallways, entertainment room, and
    parking restructuring.

  • Serve as
    both administrator and mediator — requiring a “hands-on” management style
    and the ability to navigate complex board dynamics.

  • Maintain
    strong relationships with residents, staff, vendors, and contractors while
    ensuring smooth, efficient operations.

  • A go-getter
    with a thick skin who thrives in challenging environments.

  • Experienced
    in condominium/HOA management (CAM license preferred).

  • Strong
    leader with proven success in staff management, project oversight, and
    financial administration.

  • Excellent
    communicator who can balance assertiveness with tact.

Full-Time

Compensation: Up to $125K DOE
