As General Manager, you will lead a high-volume, fast-paced international campus delivering a high-quality student experience to customers from around the world.This is a highly operational leadership role, combining service excellence, team performance, and day-to-day execution in a culturally complex environment. You will oversee multiple departments including academics, student services, accommodation, and activities, ensuring a seamless and consistent customer experience.This role requires a leader who can operate effectively across cultures - building trust with a local Japanese team while driving international standards, pace, and expectations.We are looking for a resilient, hands-on operator who can build strong teams, drive accountability, and quickly identify and address operational gaps in a fast-moving environment.Your Impact
