Are you a dynamic, results-driven leader with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences? Homestead Resort is seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead all aspects of operations and set the standard for excellence across the property.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who brings energy, strategic vision, and a strong operational mindset. As General Manager, you will drive performance, cultivate a people-first culture, and partner closely with ownership and Davidson to deliver on both guest satisfaction and financial success.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service hotel or resort
  • Strong financial acumen with proven success managing budgets, revenue, and expenses
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and retain top talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members, corporate partners, and ownership
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of driving results
  • Sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Passion for delivering elevated guest experiences

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide overall leadership and direction for all hotel operations, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive profitability and market share
  • Champion a culture rooted in service excellence, accountability, and associate engagement
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and operational best practices
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ownership, investors, and key stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends and competitive positioning to identify opportunities for growth
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization strategies
