About The Role

Lead the growth and operations in Saudi Arabia, driving sales, strengthening market presence, and identifying expansion opportunities. Oversee finance, operations, sales, marketing, and HR to ensure alignment with brand objectives and long‑term positioning in the Saudi market. Drive profitability through effective budget management, cost optimization, and revenue generation while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategies, build partnerships, and expand the customer base. Develop and mentor teams, fostering accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Represent the brand externally, reinforcing its reputation and building strong stakeholder relationships to secure sustainable growth.

About You

An ideal candidate would have the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant field
• Minimum of 10 years of senior managerial experience, ideally in business development, sales growth, or market expansion.
• At least 2 years of experience in the flower industry, specifically within the floral sector
• Well‑established professional network within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑functional operations and deliver measurable growth.
  
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and partnership‑building skills
• Saudi‑based professional with strong knowledge of the local market.
