This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality leader who enjoys driving performance, developing teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced international hotel environment.

YOUR ROLE AS GENERAL MANAGER

As General Manager, you will lead the hotel in Stuttgart, acting as the strategic leader and ambassador of the property.

You combine strong commercial awareness, operational expertise, and inspiring leadership, ensuring the hotel performs successfully while maintaining high international standards of service and quality.

Your mission: lead the hotel to sustainable success while delivering exceptional guest experiences and building a strong, motivated team culture.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Lead the hotel with a visible, structured, and inspiring leadership approach
• Ensure a seamless and consistent guest journey aligned with international hotel standards
• Oversee all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance
• Drive financial performance, profitability, and long-term value creation
• Take full ownership of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue strategy
• Develop and empower operational leaders and teams through coaching and performance management
• Ensure strict compliance with operational procedures, quality standards, and audits
• Build strong relationships with owners, partners, and the local business community in Stuttgart
• Identify opportunities for innovation, service improvement, and operational optimization
• Act as the public face and ambassador of the hotel within the market

Requirements

  • Experience in a leadership role within international hotels (experience as General Manager is a plus)

  • Ideal for a strong Operations Manager, Assistant General Manager, or other strong operational leader ready to take the next career step

  • Solid understanding of lifestyle and premium select-service hotel operations

  • Strong operational knowledge across departments

  • Good financial understanding including budgeting, cost control, and GOP performance

  • Commercial mindset with the ability to drive revenue and profitability

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Structured, quality-oriented, and motivated to take full GM responsibility

  • Fluent German and English (C1 level)
