The Role

We’re seeking an experienced General Manager – HIX and Power Protect to lead the strategic direction, operational performance, and commercial success of this critical business unit. In this senior leadership role, you will drive portfolio performance, asset strategy, and service excellence. Partnering closely with clients and BGIS leadership, you will ensure safe, reliable, and data-driven outcomes while building a high-performing team culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the HIX and Power Protect business unit strategy aligned to BGIS and client objectives
• Drive operational performance, financial outcomes, and service delivery excellence
• Provide executive oversight of asset management strategy, lifecycle planning, and capital programs
• Optimise portfolio performance through risk management and data-led decision making
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, fostering a high-performance culture
• Maintain robust technical, engineering, and compliance governance
• Champion digital uplift and analytics capability across the portfolio
• Act as the senior client interface, delivering strategic insights and executive engagement

Your Education, Experience & Skills

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, Asset/Facilities Management, or related field
• Extensive senior leadership experience in complex, asset-intensive or technical service environments
• Demonstrated accountability for P&L performance and strategic outcomes
• Strong commercial, governance, and risk management capability
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and engage executive stakeholders
• Strong strategic, analytical, and digital literacy capability
• Full working rights in Australia (essential)
