Position Overview
We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven General Manager to lead one of our retail locations. This is a career-defining opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, inspires teams, and delivers outstanding customer experiences.

· Lead daily store operations with excellence and consistency
· Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team

· Manage inventory, budgeting, and financial reporting to maximize profitability

· Proven retail management experience (furniture or home goods preferred)
· Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
· Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
· Ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions
