Who You Are:

You’re a go-getter who loves rallying a team, solving problems, and crushing goals. You’ve got the heart of a coach, the brain of a strategist, and the hustle of a legend. You know how to get results and make it fun.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the captain of your restaurant — lead daily operations with confidence and clarity
  • Inspire, train, and develop your crew to be their absolute best
  • Create a culture of positivity, performance, and people-first leadership
  • Keep your restaurant running smoothly, from food quality to cleanliness to guest happiness
  • Manage inventory, budgets, scheduling, and staffing like a pro
  • Celebrate wins, learn from the losses, and always push forward

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Previous restaurant management experience (QSR experience is a big plus)
  • Passion for leading and growing people
  • Cool under pressure and quick on your feet
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work full time, including some nights and weekends
  • A love for burgers, frosty vibes, and doing things the Wendy’s Way

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay + bonus potential
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off
  • A clear path to grow your career
  • A fun, fast-paced environment where your leadership really matters

The Wendy's Company

About The Wendy's Company

Wendy's was founded in 1969 by Dave Thomas in Columbus, Ohio. Dave built his business on the premise, “Quality Is Our Recipe®”, which remains the guidepost of the Wendy's system. Wendy's is best known for its made-to-order square hamburgers, using fresh, never frozen beef*, freshly-prepared salads, and other signature items like chili, baked potatoes and the Frosty® dessert. The Wendy's Company (Nasdaq: WEN) is committed to doing the right thing and making a positive difference in the lives of others. This is most visible through the Company's support of the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption® and its signature Wendy's Wonderful Kids® program, which seeks to find a loving, forever home for every child in the North American foster care system. Today, Wendy's and its franchisees employ hundreds of thousands of people across more than 7,000 restaurants worldwide with a vision of becoming the world's most thriving and beloved restaurant brand.
