At Ethikos, we are supporting an international organization in the search for a General Manager to lead and consolidate its operations in Saudi Arabia
This role is designed for a senior leader with strong operational vision, capable of building structure, leading teams and driving sustainable growth in an international and multicultural context.
The General Manager will act as the senior local leader, responsible for ensuring a coherent, efficient and transparent operation in Saudi Arabia. The role requires progressively building local operational autonomy while maintaining strong alignment with the company’s global strategy, technical standards and values.
Lead and coordinate all local operations and teams in Saudi Arabia.
Define and formalize roles, responsibilities and ways of working as the organization grows.
Ensure alignment between business development, operational execution and corporate strategy.
Oversee budgets, costs and operational performance, ensuring financial discipline and transparency.
Establish clear communication and reporting routines with the headquarters.
Represent the company with key partners, suppliers and external stakeholders.
Promote and protect the organization’s culture and values through leadership behaviours and decision-making.
Establish a clear and functional local organizational structure.
Ensure effective coordination with headquarters.
Build strong operational foundations to support sustainable growth and autonomy.
Proven experience as a General Manager, Country Manager or similar senior leadership role
Strong operational and financial management background.
Experience building teams in international or high-growth environments.
Ability to make autonomous decisions in complex and evolving contexts.
Experience working in multicultural environments (Middle East experience highly valued).
High cultural sensitivity and values-driven leadership approach.
