Position: General Manager
Location: Amsterdam
A new high-end Mediterranean restaurant is launching soon in Amsterdam inspired by the vibrant dining culture of Barcelona, with standout seafood, premium meats, and bold sharing plates.
Were searching for a well-connected General Manager to join the project now. You'll play a key role in shaping the concept, building the front-of-house team, and leading the business through pre-opening and launch in late 2024 or early 2025.
The venue will feature 160+ covers and a buzzing bar with a strong late-night energy ideal for guests who enjoy quality food, great drinks, and a lively vibe.
Whats on Offer
Salary: 4,000-,5000 per month + generous tips (OTE 6,000+)

You Need
Experience as a GM or senior FOH leader in high-end, lifestyle restaurants
Strong knowledge of the Amsterdam hospitality scene and c
onnected within the city and able to attract talent and drive local engagementBackground in venues with a strong bar and late-night presence
Proven ability to lead large teams and manage high-volume service
Full work rights in the Netherlands and based in Amsterdam
Fluent in Dutch and English
