• A strong track record of success in automotive dealership management, with demonstrated results in sales, service, and operational performance.
• Financial and strategic acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, set goals, and drive profitability.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a focus on mentoring, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
