As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all club operations, leading your team, and delivering strong results in a supportive, upbeat, and member-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and maintain a positive, welcoming Judgement Free Zone® environment
• Train, lead, and manage a team that includes an Assistant Manager, Team Members, Cleaners, and Trainers
• Foster a strong team culture through clear communication, accountability, and recognition
• Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to support staff growth
• Build team schedules to meet operational needs while staying within payroll budget
• Monitor performance and hold team members accountable to club standards
• Identify and resolve issues with professionalism and care
• Ensure accurate handling of all payments; manage inventory and supply needs
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Conduct inspections and address operational or cleanliness concerns promptly
• Stay current with all required training and certifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Energetic, goal-oriented leader with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication abilities
• Reliable, honest, and organized
• Capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Prior leadership experience in a high-volume setting preferred
• Proficiency with basic computer and math skills
• CPR/AED certified (otherwise, we will provide certification)
• Must be 18 years or older
• Willingness to travel to other clubs, if needed

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand, walk, and communicate throughout the shift
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must contribute to overall club cleanliness
