Responsibilities

The General Manager will oversee and coordinate all branch operations, including sales, marketing, installation, and service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage all branch operations in line with budgeted financial performance

  • Prepare operational and financial projections; develop strategies to achieve goals

  • Resolve issues, research problems, and ensure customer expectations are met

  • Prepare reports based on performance metrics and team input

  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies

  • Manage client relationships at both local and regional levels, coordinating with corporate staff to maximize business opportunities

  • Create a positive work environment by recruiting, training, and retaining high-caliber staff

  • Delegate responsibilities and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

  • Maintain required certifications/licensing as directed by regional or state guidelines

  • Address and resolve errors and complaints with clients and team members

  • Support subordinates in daily operations and step in as needed
