Position: General Manager High-Rise Development (Seremban)
Location: Seremban, Negeri Sembilan
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven General Manager to oversee a large-scale high-rise residential development projects in Seremban. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, hands-on leader who can independently drive project progress, ensure timely delivery, and maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall execution of the high-rise project from inception to completion.

• Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards, identifying and resolving issues proactively.

• Conduct regular site visits to ensure work quality and compliance with design and safety requirements.

• Drive operational efficiency and implement effective project management systems.

• Manage, mentor, and motivate the site and project management teams to achieve performance goals.

• Provide timely project reports, progress updates, and key decision inputs to senior management.

• Maintain strong follow-up and communication with all stakeholders to ensure accountability and task completion.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in property development or main contractor environment, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity handling high-rise residential or mixed-use projects.

• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Detail-oriented, decisive, and results-driven with strong follow-up and execution capability.
