This General Management Program is a fast-track career path designed for individuals with strong leadership potential. Over two years, you will develop essential managerial, financial, and operational skills, preparing you for a leadership role within our organization.

What You’ll Do & Learn:

This role is designed for someone just starting their career but eager to take on big responsibilities You won’t just be observing – you’ll be actively involved in key projects from day one, with full support from experienced mentors and managers.

  • Start from the ground up: You’ll spend time learning about operations, understanding how different departments function, and getting hands-on experience in daily activities.
  • Work closely with experienced leaders: You will shadow managers, attend leadership meetings, and contribute to decision-making processes.
  • Develop leadership skills: We’ll provide structured training in people management, effective communication, and strategic thinking.
  • Take ownership of small projects: You’ll have the chance to lead initiatives that improve efficiency, optimize processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Learn financial & operational fundamentals: We will train you in financial planning, cost management, and how to run a successful business unit.
  • Engage with customers: You’ll gain insight into customer needs and help build strong relationships that drive business success.
  • Be part of an international team: Collaborate with teams from different locations, exchanging knowledge and best practices.

By the end of the program, you will have the skills and confidence to step into a leadership role and lead a team or even an entire department

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

We don’t expect you to have years of experience—we are looking for high-potential individuals who want to grow and develop into leadership roles.

  • MSc degree (preferably in Management, Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field).
  • Ambition to become a leader and manage a business unit in the future.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – you enjoy tackling challenges and finding solutions.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn – you ask questions, seek knowledge, and want to understand the bigger picture.
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
  • Fluent Polish and English – since we operate globally, you need to be comfortable working in an international environment.
  • Some knowledge of finance and operations (P&L, cash flow, project management) would be an advantage, but don’t worry—we will train you!
