*This position is located at our College for Officer Training site near Wrigley Field on the North Side of Chicago.
Compensation Range: $24.48/hour to $27.19/hour, based on experience.

Objective:
Provide for the maintenance and upkeep of the College for Officer’s Training buildings, equipment, grounds, and vehicles.

Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
The position requires 1-3 years of experience in facility maintenance
Skills:
Supervisory Responsibility:
None.
Physical Requirements:
Physical requirements include good speaking, hearing and vision ability, and excellent manual dexterity.
Regularly Lifting, pulling, and pushing of materials up to 80 pounds
Requires bending, squatting, and walking
May stand for extended periods
Work on ladders
Travel:
Travel locally with a CFOT vehicle in the performance of job duties.
