Job Description

Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a General Maintenance Worker to support Kadiak and our government customer in in Butte, MT.
Assist in various general building maintenance functions to support mechanical and electrical, heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning machinery.
Tours of Facility, Administrative:
• Enter/update service requests in NCMMS (MAXIMO).
• Close out work orders and maintenance actions.
• Assist with reporting requirements.
HVAC and Building Systems:
• Assist with installations, modifications, and repairs.
• Perform minor adjustments and repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and sewage systems.
• Change filters, clean cooling towers, and heating/cooling coils.
Structural Maintenance:
• Minor repairs to architectural and structural components.
• Maintain interior/exterior doors, locks, windows, floors, and roofs.
• Clean and maintain mechanical rooms.
Preventive Maintenance:
• Perform minor PM functions as assigned.
• Clean floor drains, grease traps, roof gutters, and downspouts.
General Tasks:
• Minor touch-up painting and repairs.
• Change light bulbs and fluorescent tubes.
• Minor snow removal as needed.
Furniture and Equipment:
• Assemble/disassemble “systems furniture."
• Relocate furniture and computers.
• Remove/install signs and picture frames.
Service Calls:
• Respond to service calls, including after-hours.
• Perform PM work orders assigned by CE. Reports to CE.
Versatility:
• Can perform tasks of a Grounds Keeper as needed.
• High school diploma or GED 2- years’ experience in general maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of each craft trade for building operations, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities for electricity, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and communication systems.
• NCMMS Training CFC Certification Universal
Certifications:
Must have one of the following:
• NATE HVAC Service Technician, HVAC Excellence Professional Level, UA Star HVAC Mastery
