To ensure a safe, efficient, well-maintained hotel environment.
Essential Functions:
• Maintain all mechanical items in guest rooms and public areas.
• Oversee 2nd Shift Engineers ensuring guest calls, daily rounds, and projects are prioritized and completed.
• Point of contact between 2nd shift engineers and the engineering management team.
• Receive direction for house calls via phone or radio.
• Assist engineers and mechanics with repairs.
• Clean all work areas after completing job.
• Fill out Daily Work form.
• Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.
• Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations.
• Maintain all mechanicals property wide.
• Knowledge of all aspects of the Engineering dept.
• Maintain property pools as directed by CPO.
Working Environment:
• Interior of hotel, in all areas of the hotel. Exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures.
• Exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions.
• Exposure to various hazardous chemicals.
Qualifications:
• Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
