We are looking for a General Maintenance Technician to assist in maintaining and repairing the appearance, waiting rooms, automotive bays, and machinery in our locations. ResponsibilitiesAs a General Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for working the maintenance and logistics team to aid in: · Conduct routine inspections of the locations to identify maintenance needs.· Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing and replacing doors, windows, and locks, fixing plumbing leaks, painting, and replacing light bulbs.· Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure their optimal functionality.· Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, identify potential issues, and repair or replace faulty components.· Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure a comfortable working environment.· Perform carpentry work such as building shelves, repairing furniture, and installing fixtures.· Handle painting and plastering tasks to maintain a clean and aesthetically pleasing appearance.· Maintain and repair landscaping.· Respond promptly to maintenance requests from employees, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.· Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including tasks performed, materials used, and costs incurred.· Collaborate with other maintenance workers or contractors as necessary to complete complex tasks or projects.· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees and visitors. General Maintenance Worker Required Skills1. Must have a driver’s license and own transportation2. Proven experience as a General Maintenance Worker or similar role.3. Solid knowledge of general maintenance techniques and equipment.4. Proficiency in using hand and power tools.5. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.7. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.8. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.9. Good physical stamina and strength to handle manual tasks.10. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.11. Flexibility to work on weekends or outside regular working hours for emergencies or special projects. Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Valid driver's license, clean driving record and transportation required.
3. Certification in a relevant trade or maintenance field (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC) is desirable but not mandatory.
4. Prior experience in a similar maintenance role is preferred.

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
