Provides general carpentry and painting to maintain, repair and renovate the physical structure. Provides basic HVAC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing services to efficiently operate facilities. Tests, monitors and operates equipment/chemicals for water supply. Removes snow using various types of equipment. Provides assistance to maintain grounds, as required.

Hours for this position are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. On-call rotation is required.
As a General Maintenance I, you’ll help ensure that every system, every building, and every acre of our expansive 136-acre campus operates safely, efficiently, and reliably.
