General Maintenance Builder
Location: Redgrave, Suffolk
Salary: £39,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 48 hours per week (6am start)
We're looking for a General Maintenance Builder to join a busy site in Redgrave. This is a hands-on role covering a mix of building and maintenance work across the site. It suits someone who is genuinely multi-skilled and happy to get stuck in.
The Job
- General building repairs and maintenance
- Carpentry work including doors, fittings and general repairs
- Basic plumbing, painting and plastering
- Groundworks and civils work
- Roofing repairs and external maintenance
- Using machinery such as excavators, dumpers and access equipment
- Working both independently and as part of a team
What They're Looking For
- Background in building or maintenance
- Multi-skilled, not just one trade
- Experience on sites, farms, estates or similar
- Any plant or machinery experience is useful
- Able to work on your own and manage workload
- Full UK driving licence
