Partner-Level Attorney – General Liability

About the Opportunity

Kelley Kronenberg is extending its General Liability practice into Indiana with a new base in Merrillville, and we're looking for a seasoned partner-level attorney to anchor it. If you've built a durable book of business and want a firm engineered to help you scale it, this is that platform — a profit-sharing partnership designed for a lawyer who has earned strong, lasting client relationships and is ready for more room to grow.

You'll partner directly with our Chair of General Liability and draw on the resources that let you focus on the work and the relationships: an in-house Business Development and Marketing team to extend your reach, and a top-tier Talent Acquisition group that helps you staff up as your practice expands. Bring the book — we'll bring the infrastructure, team, and support to take it further.

What We're Looking For

• Partner-level attorney with 6+ years of General Liability experience.
• An established, portable book of business (strongly preferred).
• Depth in Trucking, Products Liability, or Medical Malpractice (strongly preferred).
• Active Indiana license (multi-state admission a plus).
• Entrepreneurial drive paired with a collaborative mindset.
• Genuine interest in building and leading a team.
