General Liability Associate Attorney
We are seeking an experienced General Liability Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional legal counsel and support to our clients.
Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality legal services to clients, including reviewing and drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of complex legal issues related to general liability
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve client goals
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to achieve shared objectives
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting general liability
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in the state of Georgia
• 1-5 years of experience in general liability law, preferably in a law firm or corporate setting
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
