Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee oversees the accuracy and integrity of a company's general ledger such as but not limited to G/L postings, fixed assets/depreciation, cost-center allocations, prepaid expenses, and accrued expenses and intercompany transactions
• Lead and ensure accurate and timely monthly and yearend close and financial reporting
• Lead with preparation and responses for various types of audits and any urgent ad hoc requests
• Drive process improvements within the GL function
• Ensure financial records comply with regulatory standards.
• Analyze balance sheet and income statements
• Collaborate with other teams for any financial related projects and improvements
• Perform other high level accounting duties as required from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be a CPA
• Minimum of 5-10 years accounting/finance or related experience especially general accounting
• Minimum of 5 years experience in managing team
• Intermediate level of understanding and experience in Microsoft Excel, preferably with experience using pivot tables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Has working experience in multi-cultural or shared services environment is an advantage.
• Has ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently, in a team and able to adapt in changing situation

Work Arrangement

• Onsite, with a transition to a hybrid schedule after passing the 3rd-month review. The hybrid schedule will require onsite work on Tuesdays and Thursdays, while Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays will be work-from-home days.
• Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, C5 Road, Ugong Norte, Quezon City. Office is near IPI Pasig and Tiendesitas. Office is accessible from Eastwood, C5 Road, Ortigas CBD, and Rizal areas.
• Work Schedule (Monday to Friday, 11AM to 8PM PH time)
