About the Role:Busy Construction and landscape company needing to add a crew for weekly/monthly maintenance, commercial accounts, cleanups, demolition, and cleanups. We offer full time full year work through lawn season, snow plowing and construction jobs.
Responsibilities:

• Maintain and care for plants, trees, and lawns using industry-standard techniques.
• Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and weeding.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs.
• Monitor and manage the health of plants and landscapes.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while on the job site.

Requirements:

• Ability to operate landscaping equipment like mowers, blowers, and trimmers.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to office.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
