General Laborer / Machine Operator Location: Verona, MS Pay Rate: $15.00/hour Position Type: Full-Time Available Shifts 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM Position Overview We are seeking experienced and dependable General Laborers / Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Verona, MS. The ideal candidate must have previous manufacturing and/or general labor experience and be comfortable performing hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment. This position will involve operating machinery, assisting with production, handling materials, and performing various physical labor duties. Responsibilities Operate production machinery safely and efficiently. Assist with daily manufacturing and production activities. Perform general labor duties as assigned. Load, unload, move, and organize materials and finished products. Monitor machinery and report any issues to supervisors. Inspect products for quality and accuracy. Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines. Assist with additional manufacturing duties as needed. Requirements Previous manufacturing and/or general labor experience is REQUIRED. Must have prior experience working in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment. Previous machine operation experience is strongly preferred. Ability to safely operate production equipment. Comfortable performing physical labor throughout the shift. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Strong work ethic and reliable attendance. Ability to follow instructions and work safely. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
