Job Description

LRI, a Waste Connections Company and part of the third-largest solid waste services provider in North America, is hiring a full-time General Laborer to support operations at our 304th Street Landfill in Graham, WA. This is a 320-acre active landfill that serves the region and plays a key role in keeping the community clean while managing landfill gas, leachate, and stormwater systems in a regulated environment.

In this role, you will be working out on the landfill every day, supporting the systems and processes that keep the site running safely and in compliance. Work takes place across active areas of the landfill, including walking the site, checking wells, monitoring conditions, and supporting day-to-day operations. This is physical, hands-on work that requires awareness, consistency, and a strong focus on safety.

This is a long-term opportunity with a company that promotes from within. Starting as a General Laborer gives you real exposure to how landfill operations work day to day. Many employees use this role as a stepping stone into equipment operation, environmental work, or leadership positions.
